I have been dealing with yms mortgage specialist for years, And have used them over a course of several properties, Some of which I own others of which I partly own with my parents or my brothers, I’m at the beginning of any mortgage process as most people are I was quite nervous and was not sure what to expect, Other than a bunch of language that I possibly was not going to understand and would most likely end up signing papers that I don’t understand either, And that is if I even get approved. Man, was I ever wrong about all of that, Instantly these professionals put you at ease, First, by just taking some basic information and explaining the process that is relatively simple to understand, especially when they explain it to you, And I have had some requests, especially as of late that I thought would be nothing short of impossible, and I was not expecting anything to come out of it, But as usual, YMS made it happen, I was dealing with A man named Nelson when I first started dealing with YMS and now I am dealing with Jeet, And let me tell you guys these guys are top-notch professional professionals. They are so nice. They are so personable and like I said you just don’t want to be put at ease in these types of situations and that is what I got., And the other thing I got wasn’t approval with decent Lenders and appropriate interest rate rates. How these guys do what they do, I don’t know, but I would not ever even think Of going anywhere else. I know this is a competitive area and there is lots of others out there, but please listen to me when I say there is nothing like YMS these guys are number one they are well-known. They’re easy to understand and they get the job done.!!, Within the timeframe. Every time, If you think you might not get approved think again these guys are absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. I will be dealing with them for the rest of my life and I’ve already recommended my brothers my friends and once my children get there there as well will be dealing with YMS my mother is dealing with them these guys like I said, I cannot stop singing their praises. If you would like just straightforward, easy to understand Regular updates as to what is happening with your application and what is required. These are your guys you will not have to chase them down. You will not have to constantly wonder what’s going on. None of that. I’m most of all what I enjoyed the best was I actually understood everything they were saying and if I didn’t, they were more than happy to explain it to me like I was a 10-year-old. The Guys at YMS did it all, Jeet and Alex took care of pretty much everything. Within a day or 2 they had the ball rolling, If anything was needed on my end they set it up. It was pretty easy. This is the first home I've had the chance to own and YMS made it a walk in the park.
